Information Security Policy

To ensure that all our activities are conducted in accordance with the Information Security Quality Management System ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard,
To provide secure access to information assets of interested parties,
To protect the information assets of Aden Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. and its customers against all kinds of threats from inside or outside the company, to protect the information against access by unauthorized persons who will try to disrupt the usability, confidentiality and integrity of the information, to ensure accessibility of information through business processes as necessary,
• To raise awareness by informing the personnel about Information Security,
• All actual or suspicious vulnerabilities in Information Security,
• To meet business requirements for information accessibility and information systems,
• Evaluating and managing the risks that may occur on the information assets of the related parties,
• To protect the credibility and brand reputation of the institution,
• To apply necessary sanctions in case of violation of information security,
• To fulfil the requirements of the relevant legislation, to meet the obligations arising from the agreements, to provide the information security requirements arising from the corporate responsibilities for the relevant parties, in accordance with national, international or sectoral regulations,
• To reduce the impact of information security threats on sustainable business-service flow and to ensure business continuity,
• To protect and improve the information security level with the established control infrastructure,
• To improve the information security awareness of employees, suppliers and business partners
